Importer Management

The importer can connect his dealer network through the IMM module.

    For each dealer the importer can setup:

  • Which Sales persons (users) can connect through the Dealer Interface
  • The number of licenses they can use at the same time
  • Restrictions on parts ordering regarding backorders, budget
  • Restrictions on vehicle ordering and reservation
  • Which reports are used by the dealer at print-out (invoices, inquiries...)

Budgets allow the importer to restrain the number or values of purchased vehicles, parts by dealers.
This can be useful for e.g. vehicles that are available in low quantities (new models).

    Budgets can be defined on both parts and vehicles by:

  • Dealer
  • Vehicle model
  • Each separate part

    Budget models can be predefined for:

  • a certain period (year, month, quarter, week, day)
  • A single "dashboard" like interface to manage all your vehicles.
  • A snapshot of Vehicles available to the dealer network updated live as dealers request for sale or reserve through the Dealer interface.
  • Value, search for, update and sell your vehicles from a single screen.
  • Control Dealer CRM profiling.
 

Parts

The dealer "Parts" interface provides the dealers to have:

  • inquire Inventory (importer stock and prices)
  • order parts directly initiating
    • inquire Inventory (importer stock and prices)
    • automatic reservation & backorder process including decision on method of purchase supply
  • ask for credits handling with invoice no. and reason code

  • Management of vehicle stock list by
    • rules and time lines for reservation and ordering
    • Management of visible vehicles
    • Transfer of vehicles from dealer to dealer to optimize show room and dealer stock
  • Online Profiling (customer and marketing) process linked to vehicle ordering
