This extra functionality in Navision allows your Salesmen and Receptionists to read the electronic identification card of the customer or prospect.
Barcode
The barcode module is part of the Warehouse Management System module (WMS). Currently, 3 fields of appiclication are developped with interface to Navsion.
Cash Register
The Cash Register module is a separate module in Navision-Dealer Management Systems, which is used to manage your cash registersystems and to register the daily cash register operations (receivings and expenses). Payments of invoices, advances on inoices or minor expenses, which are paid to or via the cash register, can be registered via this module.
Workshop Planning
The workshopplanning is the electronic form of your current planning book for maintenance/repair of vehicules. The workshopplanning is fullly integrated in your DMS application Navision-Dealer Management Systems and gives you the possibility to plan your appointments for maintenances and repaires, taking into account the available capacity of your employees. Beside this, the workshopplanning can also be used to plan and manage your rental cars.
Timeclocking
The timeclocking module registers the time of employees fot the execution of their tasks. This registration is possible per employee, per order and also per task on an order, in such a way that you can make clear statistics of f.i. the efficiancy of your employees and the tasks they execute. This module gives you the possibility to make a detailed workshopanalysis.
SMS
This module allows you to send text messages from the Navision-Dealer Management Systems - application. These messages can be sent manually from the customer card, the supplier card or your employee card. Beside this you can also automatically send a text message, programmed in advance, to the customer when the status of the maintenance/other workorders is being set on "Ready", so when the car can be picked-up.
Security Matrix
If you wish a refined harmonisation of who may do what within your concession, this additional module is very interesting. By means of a detailed setup and predefined rolls, you can perfectly regulate and visualize everything.
Waranty Module
The warranty module allows you to manage the warranty claims made by you to BMW Group Belux in Bornem. This module allows you to retrieve periodically the workorders you have done under warranty and to make the corresponding claims. You can send these claims after you have checked them to the central warranty-application "Caesar". Claims which are approved can be kept in your DMS application.
