Workshop Planning
The workshop planning is the electronic form of your current planning book for maintenance/repair of vehicles. The workshop planning is fully integrated in your DMS application Navision-incadea and gives you the possibility to plan your appointments for maintenance and repairs, taking into account the available capacity of your employees. Beside this, the workshop planning can also be used to plan and manage your rental cars.
Obvious advantages for you:
- In an instant, you can consult all planned workshop orders for a specific day and look at the remaining available time per employee of group of employees.
- The workshop planning is always up-to-date and can immediately be consulted or changed via each workstation.
- A user-friendly wizard which allows you to create appointments for maintenance easily and quickly from the workshop planning.
- Planning of your rental cars via the workshop planning.
- Users of the workshop planning always have a clear view on the possible pending balances of customers.
- History of the planned workshop orders, even if they are already invoiced.
- Integration with the personnel planning. In case of absence of an employee, registered via the personnel planning, the available capacity will be immediately adjusted on the workshop planning.
- The preparation of the work orders can be seized and indicated from the planning. For this, a specific column is foreseen (status Article). In the planning, you can indicate which work orders are already finished (f.i. warehouse employee lays out the parts for the work orders of the next days).
