SMS
This module allows you to send text messages from the Navision-incadea - application. These messages can be sent manually from the customer card, the supplier card or your employee card. Beside this you can also automatically send a text message, programmed in advance, to the customer when the status of the maintenance/other work orders is being set on "Ready", so when the car can be picked-up.
Obvious advantages for you:
- The possibility to send text messages to your customer, supplier or employee from your Navision-incadea application.
- The customer can be informed immediately when the work order for his/her car is finished.
- The possibility to send text messages to customers to remind them on their appointment for maintenance.
