Waranty Module
This module allows you to retrieve periodically the work orders you have done under warranty and to make the corresponding claims. You can send these claims after you have checked them to the central warranty-application "Caesar". Claims which are approved can be kept in your DMS application.
Obvious advantages for you:
- Warranty claims do not have to be put in manually any more, but can be sent directly from your DMS application Navision-incadea, which results in huge gain of time.
- History of the warranty claims will be kept in your application, where you can immediately see the details of the original work orders.
- Credit notes and payments done by your headoffice can be registered in this module, in such a way that you always have a clear view of the pending/treated claims.
