Go Live and On Site Assistance

On the Go live Day, Carya Group is on your side to assist your team starting the system. For a period from 1 to 3 weeks, Carya Group will use a proven methodology to avoid any business process interruption and help your team progressing within the system.

After a certain period in time, Carya Group will monitor the system and identify all issues generated by wrong usage of the software. Carya Group will propose an "on site return" where all users will be coached. Progression will be identified and action planned to make sure the system will be driven properly.
