Carya Group provides a service which allows our Service Engineers to visit the customer and help and advice them concerning the IT-infrastructure of the company. These services are provided:
- Inventory and optimization of hardware present in the company
- Profile check-up of the workstations
- Check-up of disk space on workstations
- Maintenance
- Replacement of computers
- Defragmentation of your computer
- Software updates
- Check-up of backups
- Network cable-check
- Installation of Carya Group hardware
The formula is a Service Pack which the customer can order online. The choice is between 3/6 or 12 days. The pack is available for a period of one year.
